Not Another Haircut!!!

Bailey decided her hair wasn't quite short enough. GRRR!!!! Oh my, her hair is already extremely short and extremely difficult!!! It is sooooo fine and brittle and I have just been biding my time, hoping that eventually it will grow. So the LAST thing I wanted was an even shorter hair do for her!

This is a really scary picture (with the messy face and all), but here is Bailey right after she chopped it. As you can tell she cut it quite close to her scalp in the front. Zoiks! (I have NO idea why she is smiling in this picture......I was mad!)

My Solution:

Chop it all off!!! Get it nice and short, in hopes that it comes back in stronger and healthier.

Sooooo.....my dear friend, Audrey, totally bailed me out! Haaaaa. She said it was one of her hardest haircuts she has ever given! It broke her heart, at least that's what she said!

I'm not gonna lie, after the cut I thought that she totally looked like a boy!

When Bailey first saw her hair in the mirror, she told Audrey, "I want a different haircut!" Sad!!!

When we got home we put this headband in her hair and what a difference it made. Next step, invest in some stretchy headbands to give this a more feminine look! So, we did. What a difference it has made. Bailey actually gets compliments all the time on her new do! I think it is growing on me too!
